This is a basement bathroom renovation that we did. We began by installing a heated mat purchased from Costco using Premium Plus Mortar. The next day we installed a 12×12 tile in a straight lay pattern using the Premium Plus. We came back the next day, after the tile was dry, to continue installation. The client designed the bathroom to have 12×24 tiles in a straight lay pattern on the walls with a 4″ mosaic insert. We installed this using VersaBond Mortar, and grouted the bathroom using a high performance, stain resistant Prism Grout.
