Whenever we install floor tile, we begin by undercutting all the casing. Next, our installer measured the bathroom vertically and horizontally to see what layout will be best. We try not to have a piece of cut tile that is smaller than half of the size of tile being used. these to steps are done to ensure a professional look and to increase customer satisfaction. We then began laying the 12×12 tile in a straight lay pattern using VersaBond Mortar. To finish we grouted the floor using a high performance, stain resistant Prism Grout.
