This is a renovation project in Delwood. For the bathroom we had to lay Schluter Ditra Membrane before beginning install of the tile. Once that was complete, the 12×12 tile was installed in a straight lay pattern using the same mortar as the Ditra Membrane, Premium Plus Mortar. The kitchen backsplash was done using a classic 3×6 subway tile in a 50/50 brick lay pattern. Once the tile was set we completed the job using a high performance, stain resistant Prism Grout.
