• Subcontractor acknowledges that during the course of their engagement, they may have access to and become acquainted with confidential information of The Tile Installations Specialists, including but not limited to, trade secrets, customer lists, business plans, marketing strategies, financial information, and proprietary technology (collectively referred to as “Confidential Information”).

Contractual Terms and Conditions Agreement 2 *

• Subcontractor agrees to keep all Confidential Information strictly confidential and shall not disclose, use, or reproduce such information for any purpose other than the performance of their duties for The Tile Installations Specialists.

Contractual Terms and Conditions Agreement 3 *

• I, the undersigned subcontractor, acknowledge that I have provided accurate information on this form. I understand and agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in the subcontractor agreement, including confidentiality requirements, non-compete clauses, and any other applicable provisions.
