For this kitchen floor we laid the 12×24 tile in a 70/30 staggered pattern using 253 Gold Laticrete Mortar. This floor was no easy task for our tile setter because of the many difficult angles that had to be accounted for on the floor. A floor like this requires much more planning and forward thinking than our typical floor, but as you can see it turned out beautifully. The bathroom floor was a simpler task. A 12×12 tile laid in a straight lay pattern using VersaBond Thin-Set.  Both floors were finished using high performance, stain resistant Prism Grout.
