This is a back entrance, hallway and closet floor laid with 12×24 tile. The tile, laid in a 70/30 staggered pattern, is set using 253 Gold Laticrete Mortar. For this house, the clients has us install a tile baseboard. This is particularly useful for preventing any water damage. In the event of a water leak, the water is unable to seep through where it would be able if there were wood or MDF baseboards. The job was grouted using a high performance, stain resistent Prism Grout.
