For this renovation job we were asked to come in and screw down the underlay first. After that was completed we were able to being installation. We used a 12×24 tiles in a 70/30 staggered pattern. It was set using 253 Gold Laticrete Mortar and grouted using a high performance, stain resistant Prism Grout.
