This luxury home had a number of renovations and upgrades done over the summer. The builder had us install 3×9 subway tile on all walls of the kitchen area and 3×6 subway tile in the ensuite shower walls, ceiling, pony wall and bench as well as the back wall of the bathroom. These areas were grouted using a specialty Mapei FlexColor Grout and set using VersaBond Mortar. The ensuite shower floor, and main bathroom floor are set with a slight different mosaic tile. For the back entrance, the builder asked for us to install a 5×20 tile in a herringbone pattern and was set using VersaBond Mortar. The fireplace has a small mosaic pattern for the surround and was set using ReliaBond Tile Adhesive. The main bathroom floor and well as the back entrance floor and fireplace were grouted using a high performance, stain resistant Prism Grout.
