For this job we had a small amount of prep work to do before we could begin. The area that was to be tiled was taped around, but we had to lay glue and screw down some plywood first because we require 1″ underlay under all floor tiles. This helps to prevent against popping of tiles in the future. After we had done that we were able to begin tiling. We used a 6×20 tile in a random pattern. This was set using VersaBond LFT Mortar and was grouted using a high performance, stain resistant Prism Grout.
