The backsplash is comprised of a 2×16 subway tile in a 50/50 brick lay pattern. It is set using ReliaBond Tile Adhesive and grouted using a specialty Mapei FlexColor Grout. The ledge stone fireplace is set using Prolite LFT Mortar and requires no grouting. The main bathroom vanity splash extends out into the tub surround and is a 3×6 tile laid in a straight lay pattern using VersaBond Mortar. After is was laid it was grouted using a specialty Mapei FlexColor Grout. The front entrance, hallway, and main bathroom floor areas are all laid in a 13×13 straight lay pattern using VersaBond Mortar and grouted using a high performance, stain resistant Prism Grout.
