This is a new build in Beaumont The entire main floor was laid with a 6×48 hardwood planking style of tile. To ensure there was no lippage on this floor we used the self-leveling clips throughout the space. In the ensuite bathroom we first laid the Schluter Kerdi Membrane using Premium Plus Mortar. Next, we began installing the 12×24 tile in a 70/30 staggered pattern on the shower, jacuzzi tub, and bathroom floor using Premium Plus Mortar. The kitchen backsplash, laundry and bathroom vanities were set with a mosaic tile using ReliaBond Tile Adhesive. The 12×24 tile in the bathrooms was set using VersaBond Mortar. All areas were then grouted using a high performance, stain resistant Prism Grout.
